Financial Policy

Thank you for choosing Dr. Gura as a healthcare provider. We are committed to providing you with the best possible medical care. In order to avoid any misunderstandings and to better serve you, we have made our financial policy available for you to review.

Payment Policy

All self-pay patients are required to pay at the time of service. A self-pay patient is any patient who does not have health insurance. Co-pays must be paid at the time of service. Once we receive the Explanation of Benefits from your insurance company, we will bill you for any outstanding balance not covered by your insurance. This balance is due within 30 days of the billing date.
For your convenience, we accept Cash, Checks*, VISA, and MasterCard.
* If your check is returned for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $25 Return Check fee on top of the original amount of the check.

Missed Appointments

If you have to cancel an appointment, please call and let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We charge a $50 fee for all no-shows and cancellations without 24 hours notice.
